personal os

    VladSterngold

The operating system for a human life.

    the system

    A personal operating system

I stood in a garden in Kyoto once. Minimal on the surface. Everything happening inside me. A garden that feels alive.

That's what I'm building here. Systems that look simple and hold complexity. AI that serves the person, not the platform. AI that feels alive. A life operating system, not a productivity stack.

One question drives everything: who gets sovereignty? AI tools default to people who already have power. Hard work is building for the people who don't — underrepresented people kept from leadership, creative people told to stay in their lane, anyone who deserves their own intelligence running on their own terms.

Twenty-five years bridging technology and people — from kitchens to boardrooms, Booking.com to building my own practice. This OS started as a question: what if AI wasn't a tool you use, but a system that knows who you are? Identity first, intelligence second, hardware third.

    Home

    Exploring

Smart home control — Spotify, Hue, speakers. The OS reaching into the physical space.

    creating & writing

    Thinking out loud

I write about what happens when machines get better than us — and how to collaborate with them instead of competing.

    my digital ecosystem

    Three domains, one system

The OS expresses itself through three domains. You're looking at the center.
